Young People Fucking (2007)
YPF features a series of vignettes of relationships. These relationships teeter on the varying ways that adults love and hate each other. We have the “friends becoming more”, “the exes”, “the experimental three way”,  and “the bored couple”. I thought the film did a good job developing characters that people could relate to. I usually enjoy films with this structure. It was sort of a “Paris Je T’aime” of sex. I like them because they serve as character studies, and I found the situations in this film to be believable and funny. With that said, it wasn’t hilarious. Advertising itself as a sex comedy didn’t give way for much laughter, but if you watch the film as a dramedy with investigations between humans, then it was a pretty good film. There isn’t much to say about it, I would recommend seeing the film, it was worth the watch.
